I was hinting around for a couple of weeks for a Temptations greatest hits C.D. and my brother had intended to do that but bought the wrong one. I was in a way disappointed but always a fan I thought I will give a listen. Three days later and about 6 times listening, it put an exclamation point on what I already thought of the group. 'Still tempting' pretty much says it all. No matter how many decades, and no matter the trials and tribulations of the group, the music is still fresh, hip and relevant! I have a deep and profound respect for Otis Williams, because I have seen the VH1 movie and didn't realize the ups and many downs of the group,Things that would bury any group, but he kept it going, and kept reinventing without compromising the same formula of the group. You see these other groups who try to hang on and release material that pales in comparison to their glory days, not to mention any names, cause I don't want to offend the Rolling stones. I thank each and every one of you for still making great music, and the fact that you still love what your doing is awesome. I am a musician also and although it doesn't pay the bills there is no high quite like performing in front of a live audience. My group has covered your music over the years, so if you ever get a chance check out our website listed in the home page address and once again thank you for your great music, and just so you know our group is 26 years old and we too released a c.d. called 'Legacy' but that was three years ago, in case there was a question of copyright.
